Husband & Wife locals Ian & Hollie Bowmer and their friendly team welcome you to The Huntsman & Hounds in Spexhall, a 500-year-old traditional public house in the heart of Suffolk which they have owned since March 2019.
They continue to provide an extensive menu of home cooked food using locally sourced products including Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy free and Gluten free requirements. They work to a very high standard and they are proud to say they have achieved a food environmental agency standard of 5.
There is plenty of parking and a large beer garden and patio area make the Huntsman an ideal place to spend a sunny lunchtime or an evening during the week and they are open all day Friday to Sunday.
Why not pop in for lunch and choose from our two course lunch specials Monday to Saturday, or a popular Sunday Roast, a choice of curry on a Tuesday night, Grill night on a Wednesday, Burger night on Thursdays or on a Fish night on Fridays. Also, Senior Citizen Special lunches on Monday & Friday Lunch with a varied menu for a one or two course set price all alongside the normal menu.
We are both family friendly & dog friendly and allow Brit Stops overnight.
